I started my most recent art journey by making art daily beginning January 1, 2016. I posted it on Instagram (@smilingcatstudio) daily for the first 3 years. While I still draw daily, I don’t share every day because it started to feel like work to always create something “shareworthy” instead of enjoying the fun of experimenting with things that are messy and sometimes just plain ugly on the way to discovering my style.
